A townhome development representing Harrah's CRDA housing requirement. Project consisted of development containing 140 townhomes, a convenience store and assorted infrastructure improvements covering six city blocks in the Northeast Inlet section of Atlantic City. Site conditions required extensive surcharge loading to stabilize foundations.
