Roberts Resume Cormac Morrissey, P.E.

A graduate of Catholic University of America in 1988, Mr. Morrissey had been intensely devoted to the work of achieving the properly designed and engineered product to solve site engineering problems. His primary focus has been the formulation of strategies for mitigating the effects of stormwater runoff from land development, while maintaining the development objectives of the client. He has developed numerous computer driven solutions to flood routing problems. He has also concentrated on development of properties on environmentally sensitive sites, maintaining water quality while achieving the goals of the development.

Mr. Morrissey's accomplishments include completion of design of several hundred units in residential subdivision design, an industrial park, office and warehouse facilities, a golf course residential project, parking garage, professional office complex, and large marine residential/commercial/industrial facility including stormwater management and on-site sewage treatment facilities where applicable. Mr. Morrissey has extensive experience in stormwater management and on-site wastewater disposal.

Mr. Morrissey is widely experienced with the review and approval process at the Local, County, State and Federal levels. He is well versed in NJDEP regulations and has been extensively involve with NJPDES and Treatment Works Approvals. Mr. Morrissey has worked with the development and passage of Wastewater Management (208) Plans and is knowledgeable in both state and federal newly adopted spill prevention/containment and stormwater permitting regulations.

Mr. Morrissey has had vast experience with soils science and hydrology. He is also an accomplished field inspector and specifications writer.
